Thank you for shopping with Pretty Pouch. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and terms for shipping. By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions described below.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  • Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 8 to 18 business days total, depending on your location

DELIVERY METHODS

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and OSM to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

SHIPPING COST

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 USD on all standard orders.

Fast dlivery 

We offer a fast shipping fee of $35 USD on all standard orders shipping in 1-3 days.


This rate applies regardless of the size or weight of your package.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to make a change before your order ships, please contact us immediately at prettypouch@gmail.com.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is undeliverable, the item will be returned to our facility. In such cases, you will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item is dispatched. Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to refer to our Refund Policy for further options.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • If possible, reject the delivery and notify the courier immediately.

  • If the package was left unattended or delivered in your absence, please contact us at prettypouch@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will guide you on the next steps.
