We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we’re committed to making returns and refunds as simple and stress-free as possible. Returns Overview

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Pretty Pouch does not charge a restocking fee, and all qualifying returns will be refunded in full, excluding the original shipping fee. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Which Items Can Be Returned?

You may return any product that meets the following conditions:

  • The item is new and unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All tags and accessories are still attached or included

  • The item is not marked as final sale, personalized, or custom-made

Final sale or custom items are not eligible for return, and exceptions will only be made in cases of damage or defects.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

We do not process exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, color, or size, please initiate a return for your current item and place a new order for the one you want.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at prettypouch@gmail.com or use our website’s live chat feature. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and step-by-step return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the return address we provide. Please keep your tracking number for reference. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a Pretty Pouch error or a defective product.

What Happens After I Return an Item?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. To speed up the process, please include a description and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it before it has shipped for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible by contacting us at prettypouch@gmail.com. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to wait until it arrives and initiate a return instead.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is approved and received.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please email us at prettypouch@gmail.com so we can investigate the delay.

      After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Exchanges
